I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a bustling business center with lots of amenities nearby. The service was exceptional, with attentive housekeeping ensuring a comfortable and clean room. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of amenities provided, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even a mini-bar! The in-room safe and desk made it convenient for me to work during my stay. I also appreciated the hair dryer, slippers, and free toiletries that were provided. this place offers enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is like any other local hotel in many Russian cities. The restaurant in the shopping mall and a nearby supermarket are the highlights of the location. The room is large and the bathroom is clean. Service is okay, and breakfast has limited options.
There is a lack of basic amenities like coffee in the room and no daily bottle of water.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff who provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel's location in a shopping mall made it very convenient for us to access transportation, parking, and other facilities. Finally, we loved the delicious breakfast served in the restaurant located within the mall.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good view of the city. The reception staff was kind and helpful, providing us with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel was located in a convenient area, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation.
The noise level in the room was unbearable, especially at night. We could hear people talking and laughing in the hallways and other rooms, making it difficult to sleep.
